Online registration is now closed. Registrations can be completed on-site at the Congress Center Leipzig from Tuesday 17 May.

What does my registration fee cover?
Registration to the Summit covers:
- Access to the three-day event including attendance at plenary and panel sessions, annex programme, as well as to Pre-Summit Research Day.
- Networking opportunities, Presidency Reception and Gala Dinner, including meals.
- Bicycle tour with the Mayor of Leipzig.
- Unlimited free public transport within Leipzig City.
Do I have to register for the entire event even if I only want to attend for one day?
Yes, even if you plan to attend only parts of the Summit activities, you will need to register for the whole event.
Who can accompany me?
Accompanying persons are considered to be spouses/partners who are travelling with you. Accompanying persons are able to join their partners at evening networking events (Presidency Reception and Gala Dinner), technical tours, the Leipzig bicycle tour and the walking tour (may incur an additional fee).
Please note that the access to the Conference Centre is not available during the day, i.e. for sessions.
Persons accompanying a delegate in a supporting/advisory capacity who require access to Summit sessions must complete a separate registration. Registration fees apply accordingly.
Can I re-enter the online registration portal to change the details of my registration?
Once your registration has been submitted, please contact the Registration Help Desk at info@itf-leipzig.com for any changes.
How do I collect my Summit participant badge?
Badges are available for collection at the Summit Registration Desk when you arrive at the Congress Center Leipzig from 17 May onwards. Please note that a photo ID is required to collect your badge.

Registration is subject to the International Transport Forum's 2022 Summit General Terms and Conditions for Participation.
Registration fees and payment
Payment is by credit card or PayPal. On an exceptional basis, official delegations may request payment by bank transfer.

*The reduced registration fee is applicable to public bodies, academia, research institutes, and additional (extra-quota) registrations from the following categories: intergovernmental or non-profit, non-governmental organisations, exhibitors, sponsors, side event organisers and technical tour providers.
Pre-Summit Research Day
Attendees who register for the 2022 Summit have also access to the Pre-Summit Research Day. If you only wish to attend the Pre-Summit Research Day (and not the Summit) a fee of 250 EUR applies.
Group registrations
A package discount is offered for groups of five or more participants.
The total fee for group registration must be paid in a single payment. Once the payment has been received, the login details will be issued so that each member of the group can complete their registration online.

Student fee
Students are invited to attend sessions of the Summit (including lunch). Registration is only available on-site and valid student identification will be requested
Registration fee: 50 EUR
To attend the Presidency Reception and/or the Gala Dinner evening, please indicate this during online registration. To attend cultural and/or technical tours, an additional fee of 25 EUR per technical tour applies.
Accompanying person fee
Accompanying persons are considered to be spouses or partners who are travelling with you. Accompanying persons are able to join their partners at networking events such as the Presidency Reception and Gala Dinner, as well cultural tours and technical tours.
For most tours, an additional fee of 25 EUR per applies.

Accommodation
Accommodation at an official Summit hotel can be booked during the online registration process. Please note that payments will be charged to your credit card with immediate effect. Any specific accessibility needs can be indicated while booking accommodation during the online registration. You could also choose to book the hotel on your own or with the help of the Registration Help Desk: info@itf-leipzig.com

Please note that booking for one of the official Summit hotels means that you accept the cancellation policy.
Official delegations
Who can register as an official delegate?
Members of official delegations are nominated by their Ministries or organisations. Your representative to the Transport Management Board (TMB) is responsible for co-ordinating the official delegation.
Login details for online registration are allocated by your TMB representative. If you do not have login details, please contact your representative.
Payment options
Please note that payment for accommodation, travel arrangements, technical and cultural tours and registration fees for accompanying persons or additional members of the delegation (420 EUR) can be made by credit card or PayPal during online registration. On an exceptional basis, official delegations may request payment by bank transfer via the Registration Help Desk: info@itf-leipzig.com.
