The Ministry of Transport and Logistics (MTL) is the Department of the Government of Morocco responsible for the design and implementation of government policy in the fields of transport and logistics.

MTL has set a number of missions that consist of the elaboration and co-ordination of the implementation of the strategic vision of Morocco in terms of development of the road, rail, maritime and air transport sectors, in addition to the implementation and monitoring of the national strategy of road safety.

The MTL also deals with the implementation and execution of the policy for the development of logistics activities.
